Requesting an appointment:

Routine/Follow up appointments:

For non urgent appointments please call  on 0116 288 2566 or book in reception for a routine/follow up appointment in the afternoon as all appointments are added 8-12 weeks in advance.

Acute/Same day appointment: 

We offer same day face to face appointment with a Doctors or Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Please call on 0116 288 2566 from 8am and speak to a member of the reception team where they will ask a number of questions where we will triage your appointment to the appropriate clinician.

Please note these appointment will be given in time order from 8.30am.

Cancelling Appointments:

If you cannot make an appointment please cancel it in good time so it can be used by another patient on 0116 288 2566 or by texting: 07704260799 with your full name, date of birth and appointment date.

Do Not Attend (DNA) appointments are monitored at this surgery.

Chaperones:

Chaperone service is available on request however, we would ask you to make this request at the time of booking so that arrangements can be made.

Home visits:

All requests for home visits should be made the same day as early as possible. Home visits should ONLY be requested if you are physically unable to attend surgery. Please note the clinician may decided to refer to the Home Visiting services through DHU.

For emergency out of hours calls consultation and advice only — Please telephone the practice number 0116 288 2566 you will hear a recorded message which will re-direct you to either NHS Direct or the Out of Hours Service or alternatively call 111 directly.
