Zero Tolerance
The Practice follows a protocol for violence and aggression on the premises.
Instances of unacceptable behaviour are defined as; violent and abusive behaviour committed by or to any person, whether patient, visitor or any person working within the surgery.
Wigston Central Surgery confirm their commitment to a policy of zero tolerance to any incident that causes hurt, alarm, damage or distress.
