A carer is a person of any age who cares for someone else who is unable to manage without help. The person being cared for does not have to be registered at this practice. If you require more information on carers or need support please notify the receptionist or GP, who will highlight this on your file. Please ask to view the Carers folder held at Reception. This contains information on activities available to carers.
