Renowned Men’s Coach and TEDx speaker, Ryan Parke, returns to LLR for a third instalment of his captivating series of talks on men’s mental health.

This webinar, called the Myths That Kill men,  draws from over 1,000 sources and Ryan’s experience coaching hundreds of men.
He will unveil groundbreaking insights and offer simple steps to support the men you care about, including:

  1. How all the biggest killers of men are linked and may be avoidable
  2. The pivotal role that hormones may play in male mental health
  3. Specific steps that men can take for better health, habits and hormones
